The concept of the renewal is "a little more Michi, eki marche." We will enhance our "food" so that customers who use JR Osaka Station, the largest terminal in the West Japan area, can use more convenient and comfortable shopping everyday, daily, and many times a day. In addition, we will improve the traffic line and store layout in the building, and reborn as a facility that can be used from morning to evening.
Specifically, during the first phase of the reopening, 15 new stores will be opened, including the opening of BIO RAL, a natural supermarket that will be opened for the first time in the station Naka area, 5 new stores, 3 stores in Kansai, and 1 store in Osaka. In addition, 11 of the stores that closed in March 2021 due to renewal work, even though patronage has been patronized so far, newly opened their own costumes. By enhancing the product lineup of food products more than ever, we will open 26 stores that are not located at the nearest station of our customers, and will form a new zone.
Furthermore, the second phase of the area opened in the fall of 2022. By developing a unique restaurant zone that can be used by one person or a small number of people in a short time from morning to night, it will be a grand opening as a commercial facility that can be easily "a little more Michi". Details of the first renewal will be announced in mid-October 2021, and details of the second renewal will be announced in the spring of 2022.
