This is a guide to customers who have created multiple WESTER IDs.

Customers who have created multiple WESTER IDs can integrate their IDs from the application form.
Please check the following notes and apply using the integration form.
<Notes>
・Members who can apply are WESTER members.
・After integrating the ID, the WESTER ID entered in <Integration source> will be revoked.
<Integration source> If you are using the WESTER service with your WESTER ID, you may not be able to use the service.
<Integration destination> If your customer information does not match the customer information of <Internet source>, we will not be able to integrate it. Thank you for your understanding.
・WESTER ID registered (including application) with J-WEST Card/Mobile ICOCA/SMART ICOCA cannot be set as <Integration source>.
・After the integration process is completed, each WESTER service will be logged out.
・It may take about one month from the completion of reception to the integration process.
(If the application is concentrated, it may take more time.)
・After the application is accepted, we will send you an e-mail.
