１．Overview
（１） Period
From October 1, 2024 (Tuesday) to March 31, 2025 (Monday)　
※Some facilities may not be available during the period due to store holidays at commercial facilities and stores.


（２） Eligible customers
The commuter pass section includes any of the sections of JR West, Hiroshima Expressway (Astram Line), Happi Line Fukui, IR Ishikawa Railway, and Ainokaze Toyama Railway, and have an ICOCA commuter pass within the commuter pass validity period.
※Use after the day of entry will be eligible for the award.
※Use on days outside the validity period of the commuter pass, and use after the next day after returning the commuter pass are not eligible.
※Even if you purchase a commuter pass during the period (including continuous purchases), you will be eligible for use on days within the validity period.
※Magnetic commuter passes and commuter passes that do not include any sections of JR West, Hiroshima Expressway (Astram Line), Happiline Fukui, IR Ishikawa Railway, and Ainokaze Toyama Railway are not eligible.


（３） How to participate
　　After logging in with the WESTER ID in advance with the WESTER app, the WESTER app "Go to save money!" Please register an ICOCA commuter pass and participate.
　　※Once you enter "ICO+", you do not need to enter individual entries for each benefit.
　　※The ICOCA number of the ICOCA commuter pass registered at the time of participation cannot be changed. If the ICOCA number changes by reissuing when the ICOCA commuter pass is lost or incorporating the ICOCA card into Apple Pay ICOCA, the ICOCA number registered in the campaign will automatically change, so you can continue to use the benefits without any procedures.
