It was revealed on April 16 that an employee working at our tenant store Axia in eki marche Osaka was infected with COVID-19. In response to this matter, we prioritize the safety and health of our customers and store employees, and promptly implement the following measures.

3. Overview and response of such employees

(1) The employee had a PCR test on Wednesday, April 14 and was found to have been positive on April 16 (Friday).

(2) The last working day of the employee is Tuesday, April 13 and has not been working at any store after that date.

(3) The employee always wears a mask and installs a droplet prevention sheet at the cash register counter.

(4) We will continue to confirm the employees who are suspected of having close contact with the employees under the guidance of the public health center.

(5) As a measure to prevent the spread of COVID-19 infection, we regularly manage the physical condition of employees and start working.

We thoroughly check the temperature before and report and confirm when you feel unwell.


4． About the store

(1) The store was temporarily closed from 12:05 on April 16 (Fri) after the event was discovered.

(2) With the highest priority given to the safety of customers and store employees, the necessary preparations for safe use by customers, such as in-store disinfection after confirming with the health center in charge, have been completed. The store resumed operations at 13:00 on April 16.
