A long-established Western-style restaurant, Hokusei, celebrating its 100th anniversary, will open a new style shop.
In the morning, hot nostalgic morning dishes, and in the daytime, dishes centered on long-established omelet rice that has continued since the Taisho era.
At night, there are a variety of a la cartes that match sake, which can only be tasted in Kansai.
We change the style every time of day to provide customers with excitement through meals.
